§ 55021

Added by Stats. 1949, Ch. 81.

The resolution shall contain:

(a)A description of the conduits proposed to be constructed and maintained in the other local agency.
(b)A description of the streets or other public places in, across, or along which the conduits are proposed to be constructed and maintained.
