§ 55366

Added by Stats. 1949, Ch. 81.

The Public Utilities Commission shall hear the complaint. If it appears to the commission that the public interest or convenience requires that the streets and public places be used for the purposes set forth in the complaint, it shall enter its judgment granting to the local agency making the request the right to use the streets or other public places for such purposes.
