§ 62505.1

Added by Stats. 2024, Ch. 767, Sec. 1. (SB 440) Effective January 1, 2025.

An entity that is located within the jurisdiction of the Bay Area Housing Finance Authority established pursuant to Section 64510 or the Los Angeles County Affordable Housing Solutions Agency established pursuant to Section 64710 shall not participate in a regional housing authority established pursuant to this chapter.
