§ 63025

Amended (as added by Stats. 1994, Ch. 94) by Stats. 1994, Ch. 749, Sec. 10. Effective January 1, 1995.

The bank board shall do the following:

(a)Adopt bylaws for the regulation of its affairs and the conduct of its business.
(b)Adopt an official seal.
