§ 64652

To ensure oversight and accountability, the authority shall prepare and submit an annual report to the Legislature, in conformance with Sections 9795 and 53411 on allocations and expenditures under its control, and those controlled by counties pursuant to subdivision (d) of Section 64650. The report shall include a description of projects funded and their status, the households served by income level, and the extent to which the minimum targets in paragraph (2) of subdivision (b) and paragraph (6) of subdivision (d) of Section 64650 were achieved.
