§ 59644

Added by Stats. 1951, Ch. 331.

Bond Plan C bonds shall be:

(a)Issued in the manner and form provided in the Refunding Assessment Bond Act of 1935.
(b)Entitled “Refunding Bond. Bond Plan C.”
(c)Substantially in the form of the refunding bonds provided in such act.
