Added by Stats. 1951, Ch. 331.
The legislative body acquires jurisdiction to order the refunding when:
(a)No written protests are filed within the proper time.
(b)All protests are found insufficient or are overruled.
(c)Any correction of the proposed district or refunding has been made and all protests have been heard and denied.
