§ 61102

Repealed and added by Stats. 2005, Ch. 249, Sec. 3. Effective January 1, 2006.

A district may provide electricity within its boundaries if the local agency formation commission designated the district as the successor to another special district that was extinguished as the result of any change of organization or reorganization, and that other special district had provided electricity pursuant to the principal act under which that other special district had operated.
