§ 66703.2

Added by Stats. 2008, Ch. 690, Sec. 1. Effective January 1, 2009. Repealed as of January 1, 2049, pursuant to Section 66706.

A member shall exercise his or her independent judgment on behalf of the interests of the residents, the property owners, and the public as a whole in furthering the intent and purposes of this title.
