§ 67040

Amended by Stats. 1968, Ch. 988.

There is created the California Tahoe Regional Planning Agency as a separate legal entity and as a political subdivision of the State of California. It is the intent of the Legislature that the agency be considered a “political subdivision” as that term is used in Article VI of the Tahoe Regional Planning Compact.
