Unless the context otherwise requires, the following terms have the following meanings:
(a)“Authority” means the North Lake Tahoe Transportation Authority created under this title.
(b)“Board” means the board of directors of the authority.
(c)“Transportation” means mobility infrastructure including trails and transit.
