§ 67964

Amended by Stats. 2018, Ch. 771, Sec. 2. (AB 2920) Effective January 1, 2019.

The North Lake Tahoe Transportation Authority may be created upon approval of a resolution calling for the creation of the authority by a majority vote of the membership of the board of supervisors of the County of Placer.
