§ 65037

Amended by Stats. 2024, Ch. 41, Sec. 46. (SB 164) Effective June 29, 2024.

The Office of Land Use and Climate Innovation is hereby established in state government in the Governor’s office. The office shall be under the direct control of a director, who shall be responsible to the Governor.
