§ 73953

Added by Stats. 2023, Ch. 478, Sec. 49. (AB 1756) Effective January 1, 2024. Repealed as of January 1, 2074, by its own provisions. Note: Repeal affects Article 16, commencing with Section 73950.
(a)This article shall remain in effect only until January 1, 2074, and as of that date is repealed.
(b)The repeal of this article does not affect any right or benefit to which a person was entitled on the date of repeal.
