§ 74985

Repealed and added by Stats. 2002, Ch. 784, Sec. 496. Effective January 1, 2003.

Each employee of the marshal’s office who is a county employee shall be provided the same employment benefits by Shasta County as the county provides to other county employees in equivalent categories and salary ranges in the county’s merit personnel system.
