§ 70369

Added by Stats. 2002, Ch. 1082, Sec. 4. Effective January 1, 2003.

Where mail of notice or any other document is required by this article, any method of mailing equivalent to first-class mail may be used. The computation of time based on mailing under this article is based on the date the item was deposited in the mail.
