§ 70600

Added by Stats. 2005, Ch. 75, Sec. 121. Effective July 19, 2005. Operative January 1, 2006, by Sec. 156 of Ch. 75.

It is the intent of the Legislature to establish a uniform schedule of filing fees and other civil fees for the superior courts throughout the state. This chapter shall be known, and may be cited, as the Uniform Civil Fees and Standard Fee Schedule Act of 2005.
