§ 70661

Added by renumbering Section 26827.7 by Stats. 2005, Ch. 75, Sec. 67. Effective July 19, 2005. Operative January 1, 2006, by Sec. 156 of Ch. 75.

The fee for searching a document transferred to the clerk of the superior court under Section 732 of the Probate Code is the same as the fee under subdivision (c) of Section 70627 for searching records or files.
