§ 71266

Repealed and added by Stats. 2002, Ch. 784, Sec. 353. Effective January 1, 2003.

Marshals shall charge and collect for their services the fees, expenses, and mileage allowed by law to sheriffs. They shall pay those fees into the county treasury on or before the fifth day of each month, except where those fees, expenses, and mileage or a percentage of them are allowed those officers.
