§ 709

Enacted by Stats. 1935, Ch. 145.

If the insurer is organized in any other State, it shall, prior to admission, file with the commissioner a certificate setting forth:

(a)The nature and character of its business.
(b)The location of its principal office.
(c)The names of the following parties:
(1)If the insurer is not incorporated, and there are more than ten owners of interests therein, the names of the ten persons who own the largest interests; if

there are ten or less such owners, the names of all such owners.

(2)If the insurer is incorporated, the names of all officers and persons by whom the business is managed.
(d)The amount of actual capital to be employed therein.

The certificate must be verified by the affidavit of the chief officer, secretary, agent, or manager of the company.
