§ 10108.1

Added by Stats. 1994, Ch. 316, Sec. 2. Effective January 1, 1995.
(a)As used in this chapter, “policy of commercial property insurance” has the same meaning as defined in Section 675.5.
(b)As used in this chapter, “insurer” has the same meaning as defined in Section 10091.
