§ 6021

Enacted by Stats. 1935, Ch. 145.

It is a misdemeanor for any insurer or its agent to countersign or issue a county mutual fire insurance policy covering in whole or part subject-matter in this State in violation of this article. Any policy so issued shall notwithstanding be binding upon the issuing insurer.
