§ 15041

Added by Stats. 1985, Ch. 1202, Sec. 1.

The commissioner shall suspend or revoke a license issued under this chapter if the commissioner determines that the licensee has:

(a)Used any letterhead, advertisement, or other printed matter, or in any matter whatever represented that he or she is an instrumentality of the federal government, a state, or any political subdivision thereof.
(b)Used a name different than that under which he or she is currently licensed in an advertisement, solicitation, or contract for business.
