§ 290

Enacted by Stats. 1935, Ch. 389.

Chief warrant officers may be appointed by the Governor upon the recommendation of the commanding officer of the Naval Militia and shall receive from the Governor a commission in the same form as commissioned officers of the Naval Militia.
