§ 291

Enacted by Stats. 1935, Ch. 389.

Warrant officers may be appointed by The Adjutant General upon the recommendation of the commanding officer of the Naval Militia. Warrants for warrant officers shall be issued by The Adjutant General upon the recommendation of the commanding officer of the Naval Militia.
