§ 1150

Amended by Stats. 1998, Ch. 931, Sec. 390. Effective September 28, 1998.

The jury must render a general verdict, except that in a felony case, when they are in doubt as to the legal effect of the facts proved, they may, except upon a trial for libel, find a special verdict.
