§ 4011.2

Repealed and added by Stats. 2019, Ch. 570, Sec. 2. (AB 45) Effective January 1, 2020.

A sheriff, chief or director of corrections, or chief of police shall not charge a fee for an inmate-initiated medical visit of an inmate confined in a county or city jail.
