§ 4019.3

Amended by Stats. 2025, Ch. 252, Sec. 1. (AB 248) Effective January 1, 2026.

The board of supervisors may credit each prisoner with a sum of money to be determined by the board if the prisoner is confined in or committed to a county jail and performs a work assignment.
