§ 5003.5

The Board of Parole Hearings is empowered to advise and recommend to the Secretary of the Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation on general and specific policies and procedures relating to the duties and functions of the secretary. The secretary is empowered to advise and recommend to the board on matters of general and specific policies and procedures, relating to the duties and functions of the board. The secretary and the board shall meet for purposes of exchange of

information and advice.
