§ 5059

Amended by Stats. 1987, Ch. 828, Sec. 148.

This title shall not affect the powers or jurisdiction of the Department of Transportation as to road camps pursuant to Article 4 (commencing with Section 2760) of Chapter 5 of Title 1 of Part 3.
