§ 13507

Amended by Stats. 1989, Ch. 950, Sec. 3.

As used in this chapter, “district” means any of the following:

(a)A regional park district.
(b)A district authorized by statute to maintain a police department.
(c)The University of California.
(d)The California State University and Colleges.
(e)A community college district.
(f)A school district.
(g)A transit district.
(h)A harbor district.
