§ 13526.2

Amended by Stats. 2019, Ch. 25, Sec. 49. (SB 94) Effective June 27, 2019.

Notwithstanding Section 13526, for the purposes of this chapter, the housing authority police departments of the City of Los Angeles and the City of Oakland shall be entitled to receive funding from the State Penalty Fund, pursuant to this article.
