§ 17040

Added by Stats. 2011, Ch. 725, Sec. 8. (AB 144) Effective January 1, 2012.

As used in Chapter 6 (commencing with Section 26350) of Division 5 of Title 4, “public place” has the same meaning as in Section 25850.
