§ 42109

Amended by Stats. 2020, Ch. 179, Sec. 14. (SB 1441) Effective January 1, 2021. Repealed as of January 1, 2031, pursuant to Section 42111.

The department shall annually prepare a report showing the amount of both reimbursed and unreimbursed costs incurred by it in administering the collection of local charges pursuant to this part.
