§ 60141

Added by Stats. 1994, Ch. 912, Sec. 17. Effective September 28, 1994. Operative July 1, 1995, by Sec. 26 of Ch. 912.

Every person before becoming an exempt bus operator, shall apply for a license authorizing the person to engage in business as an exempt bus operator. A license shall be issued only to a person who is an exempt bus operator as defined in Section 60040. It is unlawful for any person to be an exempt bus operator without first securing a license.
