Added by Stats. 2013, Ch. 33, Sec. 10. (SB 78) Effective June 27, 2013. Section operative as of July 1, 2012, by its own provisions. Note: Operative date applies to Article 4, commencing with Section 12240.

This article shall be operative on July 1, 2012.
