§ 19180.1

Repealed and added by Stats. 1982, Ch. 487, Sec. 21. Effective July 10, 1982.

Whenever the board of supervisors levies an assessment authorized by Section 19180, the assessment shall be levied pursuant to Chapter 6.1 (commencing with Section 54701) of Part 1 of Division 2 of Title 5 of the Government Code.
