§ 231.5

Added by Stats. 2009, Ch. 200, Sec. 5. (SB 734) Effective January 1, 2010.

A “bicycle path” or “bike path” is a Class I bikeway, as defined in subdivision (a) of Section 890.4 of the Streets and Highways Code.
