§ 23155

Added by Stats. 2019, Ch. 610, Sec. 1. (AB 397) Effective January 1, 2020.

Beginning January 1, 2022, when a disposition described in Section 13151 of the Penal

Code is a conviction for a violation of subdivision (f) of Section 23152 or subdivision (f) of Section 23153 for which cannabis was the sole drug, the disposition report shall state that the convicted offense was due to cannabis.
