§ 34500.5

Amended by Stats. 2015, Ch. 451, Sec. 58. (SB 491) Effective January 1, 2016.

For purposes of this division, the term “commercial motor vehicle” has the same meaning as defined in subdivision (b) of Section 15210, or any vehicle listed in Section 34500.
