§ 34602

Amended by Stats. 2002, Ch. 805, Sec. 22. Effective September 23, 2002. Operative July 1, 2003, by Sec. 26 of Ch. 805.

As used in this division, “fund” means the Motor Vehicle Account in the State Transportation Fund.
