§ 1680

Added by Stats. 2019, Ch. 608, Sec. 1. (AB 317) Effective January 1, 2020.
(a)It shall be unlawful for any person to sell, or offer for sale, an appointment with the department.
(b)For purposes of this section, “appointment” means an arrangement to receive a government service at a specified time.
