§ 11703.4

Added by Stats. 1976, Ch. 1320.

The department may refuse to issue a license to a dealer when it determines that an applicant for a dealer’s license has failed to effectively endorse an authorization for disclosure of an account or accounts relating to the operation of the dealership as provided for in Section 7473 of the Government Code.
