As used in this chapter, the following terms have the following meanings:
(a)“Board” means the Board of Supervisors of the County of Kern.
(b)“Commission” means the Citizens Redistricting Commission in the County of Kern established pursuant to Section 21572.
(c)“Immediate family member” means a spouse, child, in-law, parent, or sibling.
