Enacted by Stats. 1994, Ch. 920, Sec. 2.
The state central committee shall consist of all of the following persons:
(a)All delegates to the state convention.
(b)The chairperson of each county central committee of the party.
(c)Members appointed pursuant to this part.
(d)Any person nominated to fill a vacancy in a partisan office in a special
election.
