§ 7772.1

Notwithstanding any other provision of law, if the elections official, on the 73rd day prior to the presidential primary election, finds that the number of candidates nominated for election to a central committee from any election jurisdiction does not exceed the number to be elected from that jurisdiction, the designation of the office and the names of the candidates shall not be printed on this party’s ballot in that

jurisdiction. In lieu thereof, the board of supervisors shall declare elected the candidates who have been nominated.
