§ 17309

Amended by Stats. 2003, Ch. 387, Sec. 10. Effective January 1, 2004.

Effective October 1, 1998, the state shall operate a State Disbursement Unit as required by federal law (42 U.S.C. Secs. 654 (27), 654a(g), and 654b).
