§ 1850

Added by Stats. 2011, Ch. 243, Sec. 3. (SB 664) Effective January 1, 2012.

As used in this article, unless the context otherwise requires, “corporation” means a corporation organized under the laws of this state for the purpose of transacting business pursuant to this article.
