§ 1851

Added by Stats. 2011, Ch. 243, Sec. 3. (SB 664) Effective January 1, 2012.

The provisions of Chapter 1 (commencing with Section 99) of Division 1 applicable to, or with respect to, banks shall apply to, or with respect to, as the case may be, corporations.
