§ 6103.12

Added by Stats. 1990, Ch. 192, Sec. 1.

Section 6103 does not apply to any fee charged by a county clerk or county recorder, or clerk of the court, pursuant to Section 17980.1 or 17980.2 of the Health and Safety Code.
